I'm not very good at the public welcome messages. It's a bad failing. But I hope that everybody does feel welcome here. And I also hope that people feel free to say what is on their minds... even if maybe I don't agree. Even if maybe quite a few people don't agree.

There is a tendency to think "things are fine" as long as one is not personally upset. But the only way we all find out if there are issues, questions, concerns... suggestions... is if people make those thoughts public.

At least that's how I hope it will work.
