I have posted several of the emails sent to me by Lucius Flaccus Valerius because I thought it was appropriate to do so. Not everybody agrees with me on that decision. There is no point at this stage of the proceedings in my trying to explain my thinking. As the Jesuits say, "Never deny, rarely confirm, always distinguish." As my grandfather used to say, "Never explain. Your friends dont' need it and you enemies won't believe it."
