Where is it from? It looks like Osprey to me: possibly a plate by Embleton? Thanks for the info. The spike (not a nail - sorry, language barrier :D) on the helmet I saw was longer and shaped into the typical Prussian form, like this:



I'm always leery of buying at fairs, unless I really recognize something that is correctly done. But I still know too little for that, and my wallet is thankful. :D
