How does one milk a dragon and live to tell the tale? (or tail?)

I've always heard that they go RIGHT to sleep if you play very old Monty Python theme music at them - supposedly the "I Like Chinese" on a 1970's synthesizer puts them into harmless lala land without a struggle. THEN you milk it!
