    I win be default. My avatar is from the Lewis chess pieces, found on the isle of Lewis in 1831; they are of estimated 12th century origin, i.e. right at the end of the "Viking" era. The queens would make nice female avatars, btw. (If I had not already exceeded my bandwidth for AW picture files, I would post pics of them too, in my gallery.)
