Kathryn MacRoth is a Business Lawyer in California. Her clientele includes much of Hollywood’s elite, such as: Hugh Hefner, Martin Scorcese, Babs – yes, the one and only Barbara Streisand, to name a few. She is a Vassar and Harvard Law graduate. Kathryn was named partner at The Firm within the first two years of being an associate. She comes from a very poor upbringing and has sworn she would rather die than to live as she once did. She sleeps naked on a bed of 100’s every night. She is greedy down to the bone. Kathryn is a high maintenance woman – lives in Malibu on a 35-acre 50,000 sqare foot mansion, with stables and three olympic sized swimming pools - two indoor, one out. She has a different car for each day of the week, a private jet, her own pilot.. and that's just the beginning! She takes lavish vacations all over the world, shops on Rodeo drive every day... ok.. well, the point is... she's in debt up to her you know what!

Her association with the victim has been a never-ending roller coaster ride. His “not so legal” dealings have lead to a great deal of negative publicity for her and for The Firm. Her personal relationship with the victim has been long and tumultuous at times, but she’s nothing, if not loyal to him. Was it his money that motivated her to stay in that relationship? Perhaps. She’s fought long and hard to keep him as a client, with much harassment from the other partner’s at the firm. It probably doesn’t help that the victim has been blackmailing her, too. If Kathryn dropped him as a client, he said he would ruin her career by letting out her secret – which one, she didn’t know - she certainly has enough. All Kathryn knew is that she couldn’t risk it. However, the partners have threatened her time and time again that if she doesn’t drop him as a client by the end of February, they’ve voted to remove her from the firm (there is no such thing as being bought out in Hollywood). Being removed as partner would surely ruin her career. No one would take her on as Partner after this. She risks losing it all.

She cannot go back to a life she once had. She would rather die. Was it mentioned that she's got a killer body, is absolutely gorgeous (of course!) and she’s got killer legal briefs – but is that all the killing she’s done?
