"I too must ask this bill be rescinded. It is vague and gives the consul Marcius what looks to me to be a blank check authority. What restraint is consulting with the Praetors when he has imperium over them? What is the specific charge of this duty? To make war, prepare for war, attempt to create peace? I ask that the bill be taken back to be made more specific. In its current form, I must say no. (2si)
