    Xairete my enlisted friends!

I am glad that I will introduce to the board of our group an original play written by me, initially for the History Walker and its virtual map theater of Dionysus! So I will briefly explain what is its theme. The play is under the general issue of the Homeric epic Odyssey, and especially at the point that the hero of that extraordinary epic, Ulysses, was settled to the island of Calypso. The discussions between them and the story’s actions are especially situated at the last days of Ulysses life on the hands of the divine Calypso. It is a story of depletion and affection between an immortal man who touch the level of a living hero and a goddess, with all the additional perfections that a goddess possesses.

Thus I am posting the play in memory of the today celebration of “The City Dionysia” (Dionysia ta en Astei) or the “Great Dionysia” (Dionysia ta Megala).

    Yours,

    Nikolaos Cleomenes.
