Here can be found the replica of the masterpiece by Polykleitos and the so-called Pseudo-Athlete of Delos. The quantity of works of art in these houses can be explained by the number of reception rooms they had. They show a rapid development of taste by their owners who were mostly Roman and Italic, for Hellenistic Greek art.
