Here's a tree for the Titans if you're curious. Cross-reference the gods one for earlier generations.
The 12 Titans were Cronus, Rhea, Oceanus, Crius, Coeus, Hyperion, Iapetus, Themis, Tethys, Theia, Phoebe, and Mnemosyne. In that same generation were the Cyclopes (3) and the Hecatonchires (3).
Cronus and Rhea paired off, giving birth to Zeus, Hera, Hades, Poseidon, Hestia, and Demeter.
Hyperion and Theia paired off and gave birth to Helios, Selene, and Eos.
Helios got together with Perse and had Pasiphae. He was also the father of Circe with Perseis, but Perseis may have been another name for Perse-I'm not sure.
Eos got together with Astreaus and gave birth to the four winds: Boreas, Zephyrus, Notus, and Eurus.
Oceanus was the father of the five river gods/goddesses of the underworld: Styx, Cocytus, Acheron, Phlegethon, and Lethe. He did pair off with Tethys, but it is uncertain whether she had all of his children. Confirmed children with him were the Oceanids, various river gods, the Potamoi, and Metis. Oceanus was also father to the Kerkopes and Triptomelos.
Themis was one of Zeus's flings and had Astrea, the Morae/Fates (3), the Horae/Seasons (3), Thrai, and possibly Prometheus.
Iapetus got together with Clymene. Their children were Atlas, Epimetheus, and possibly Prometheus. Atlas was in turn the father of Maia, though I have no idea who the mother is.
Mnemosyne was a fling of Zeus's as well and became the mother of the nine Muses.
Last but not least, Coeus and Pheobe paired off and had Perses (see Helios), Asteria, Leto (another Zeus fling), and Latona.
