At that moment in history, everybody is someone else's relative. Maybe it's always like that, but I really need a genealogy chart when I read that part! It was good for me to know about Gundobad because when studying a subject (Theodoric, in my case) I tend to focus on that and nothing else, but no subject exists in a vacuum, and now I know a bit more about Theodoric's in-law. (is that a word? lol)
