I'm not very sure about the journals. Maximum patrons can create up to five, but I'm not sure about Optimum and Millennium. I have another persona who's a Maximum patron and when I tried to create a sixth journal, I got this message: "Sorry, only Optimum Patrons or higher may create more than 5 Journals." Maybe someone else can check this?
