That's a very good point. Perhaps my statement that art is propaganda was a little hasty; after all, I would hate for art to fall under the same agression that more propaganda-ish propaganda does.

I'm glad to see that you enjoyed my post and understood my point, even if you didn't completely agree with it. As a writer, I think that's more what I'm going for half the time: it's up to me to make it understandable, and up to the reader to decide what they think of it.
