After the brutal joust with Sir Ighfrid, Murchad had no time to rest on his laurels as the noble Lord Culloden was his next opponent. Phillipe, squire to Sieur Murchad, made arrangements with Sir Ighfrid's squire to take the price of a lost joust from Sir Ighfrid. Ighfrid's horse now belonged to Sieur Murchad...
Lord Culloden proved a worthy opponent, but Sieur Murchad prevailed in the end, breaking once upon Lord Culloden's shield, and once again upon the knight's helm. After the mock-combat, Sieur Murchad graciously salutes his fallen opponent...
Good sir knight, you joust with skill and grace. Grace be upon thee, Sir, and all you gentle kin. My squire will be along directly to request the price of defeat. Mayhap later, I shall see that at court, that we may become better aquainted.
