And did not list in my Top Ten (which shall be now Top Eleven - sorry if I'm cheating).
11. The Best Years of Our Lives - which is a very absorbing story of the homecoming of 3 American GIs and the adjustments and problems they face in post WWII America. I love the portrayal of women (Myrna Loy and Teresa Wright), which is so confident and strong! Poignant, humorous, and romantic - I thought it addressed things which Hollywood normally would not for that era (1940's).
