I just realized night before last that I had neglected to add Narmer into any of the posted chronological orders which may have caused some confusion. Sorry about that! He's been added to the 0 Dynasty list, but since he's so closely associated with the 1st Dynasty, discussion about him on this thread is more than welcome. *g*
