The exact URL of the comm panel is: http://38.144.92.98/cgi-bin/WebObjects/WhosOnline and I have found that if you can get that listed in your popup blocker's allow list, the grams work better. Originally, I simply told mine to accept grams from www.ancientworlds.com and it allowed the comm panel to open, but the grams were delayed anywhere from 1-24 hours. Now they seem to popup just fine.

If you have trouble finding where your popup blocker holds it's list of allowed sites to add this one manually, then type that URL into your address line. It'll open the comm panel in a full browser screen and then you can add it like any website address.
