A posts will not be edited or delted without prior approval from the person who wrote it.
If and when this is neaded the author will always be asked and given a chance to do so him/herself.
However, since there is a time limit for editing posts help will always provided help to anyone that needs it,you only need to ask.
There are however certain exceptions...
Such as: If a posts is offencive to others in the group,or people in general any of the highed levels may and will delete it after letting you know about this, and only when the author refuses to do so.
Im sure that everyone here agrees that we want the best group possible, therefore if and when a problem such as this arrises we do reserve the right to make the changes necesary.
I hope you all understand this and agree.
If for any reason any member feels they have been treated unjustly by anyone we want you all to feel comfortabel enough to turn to any of the leaders and let them know what has happened.
I for one want all of you to feel that you all have an equal say and want to know how you feel about any and all topics we discuss here.
So dont ever hassitate to give your opinion.
I believe that no matter the level of a member all opinions will be equaly respected and I hope that all possible problems will be handled in the best and most diplomatic way possible.
I hope this explains any questions any of you may have reguarding the editing and deletion policy of any posts.
But if there is still anything any of you wonder about, again, do not hassitate to ask.
