The detachment from Epirus occupied some Aetolian land in the west. Received the letter from Rustico, the Epirus detachment movess towards Molycria. Its arrival is expected within 3-4 days.
Following a secret order from Rustico the transports join the warship and assault the harbour of Naupactos.
Marines has just the time to land that... Aetolians, remembering the previous roman assault, leaved in Naupactos 2,000 HI further than the regular garrison.
Fortunely the marines had time to occupy the harbour before be engaged by the enemy and the maniples carried by transports can land and join the combat. Classis III is supporting the troops with heavy weapons.
(Rustico, you have the option to issue one further order before I calculate the combat)
---------------------
Meanwhile at Molycria
Aetolains are encircling the castra, jeering at Romans since they are so cowards to fear to fight in a loyal field battle.
The Aetolian morale is very high and Alexander Iussus has ordered to siege the castra without assaulting it, to make Romans starve!
(no time to build defences up to the sea, without engage in combat)
It is late afternoom when sails are spotted at the horizon. A transport fleet is incoming but they are not Roman ships.
