According to the laws of our city, a Tribune's veto must be issued before voting on either a proposal or edict has been called for. This veto has been issued after the vote was called for, and is therefore, in my opinion, invalid. Furthermore, I question Palus' authority to veto the decree of the Dictator given that the dictator removed all office holders from the offices the day he called for the new elections to begin. Palus is no longer Tribune, and so therefore can no longer issue vetos.

*Rule 3.5.8.2 states that vetos must be posted BEFORE voting begins.

The post calling for vote on this edict was issued 18:15 hours on September 2. See here

See here for the dictator's post removing us all from the offices we held during the year.
