she is a candidate for sainthood. She is not declared a saint yet, I guess... That means that her life is still under investigation to ensure that she lived according to the Gospel before being pronounced a "saint". Being incorrupt is not a cause for sainthood. The life of the person has to be one of "heroic sanctity" - like Mother Teresa (who I won't be surprised if she is canonized sooner than most!)
