FA NGOUM made the first Capital of Lan Xang, MUANG SwA, later known as Luang Prabang.
I think we should go with the name Luang Prabang, even though that name came later, if that is OK.

I worked on Luang Prabang and will post that soon. (we can change it to Muang Swa, if you feel that is better).
