Any of the higher level (4 and up) can and will help anyone to bring a new subject to light.
We are here to help.
What we only ask is that small suggestion on the new subject is posted in the Suggestions Thread, so that everyone will have an equal say and be able to show their interest, this way we will be able to avoid empty threads if there is little interest in the subject.
This does however not mean that only popular subject may be added,again we encourage any and all discussions.

So if anyone ever wants to bring something new to light please let any of us know and we will gladly help.
