All my points are just as much factual as yours, the only problem is I draw my facts from the time period, and you use the documentation of literature sources written much after the fact, and basically ONLY literary sources, from men who probably had a certain prerogative (Livy) or notoriously unreliable especially when it comes to the history before records.
