Where's Chapter II?

Several months ago, Jot told us that he would be adding Chapter II to the beloved game.

So, Jot, How is II coming along? Are you still on schedule, as promised, to return Chapter II to us this September?

At this rate it will be 2006 before the game is intact with all four chapters.
