Does your vision of Reality grant room for volition on the part of Reality?

In other words, does Reality have a plan, or is it simply impersonal existence? If it is impersonal, how or why do you worship it? Or do you leave this up to the individual?

I am waiting with eagerness for the answer before I discuss further, or have more questions.
