    All ships of the fleet are to skirt the coast of Greece to its western side, landing in friendly Actium to await further orders. They are to sail only during good weather, and will leapfrog ports.

    This armada includes all warships, which will be arrayed around the massive troop transport fleet in protection. This armada excludes the fleet stationed at Nicomedia in defense.
