I think Link Exchanges is a great idea and easy to do.
Highlighted Culture of the Month is an excellent idea too. And possibly that highlighted culture could be posted in AD?

Monthly or bi-monthly contests. Sounds like a wonderful Idea if people have the time to do this. I think Monthly..or even once every 2 months? I am not sure if I have time for something like this...I am still thinking about it..lol
