Interesting because the eastern extent of her range,Epona was given the epithet Regina too. I'm aware of two examples:
- Alba Iulia (Alba, Transilvaniei, Romania)
- 'Epone Regina(e) Sanct(ae)'
- Duklja (Montenegro, Yugoslavia)
- 'Epon(a)e Regin(ae)'
