As we round the hill and before us sets the sacred Tara. The tribes have gathered and the air is alive with activity. At once the torch is spotted and the cheers go up.
"The torch has come to Tara!" someone shouts.

Before us a path is opened up directly to the kindling and would that shall be the Blaze of Tara. I nod to Fionnmac and she hands me the reins. Quickly she edges her way to the center of the yoke and with a leap of grace beyond this world, she jumps from the chariot leaving me to it's control.

With torch in hand, I make my way to the yoke as well. Excitement builds as we draw ever closer to the pit. I toss the torch into the chariot and it sets it ablaze! Fire consumes the vehicle. The horses run faster, we are almost there........

"NOW! I say to myself and I reach down and pull the pin that seperates the horses from the chariot. I pull on the reins and the horses heave into the air and over the pit!

The flaming chariot crashes into the pit and the fire is lit! Life has come to Tara!

Safely from the other side the horses and myself exit safely and with the grace of a salmon leaping for the hazelnuts that fall into the pool of wisdom, I land, unscathed on the other side of the Fire!!!!!

"GREETINGS TARA!!!!!!!!" I shout with glee.
