I´m wondering exactly which article you refer to, Nekh? Thinking on Hoor/Her brings you to the Horus name which appears in several serekhs during this time. Tricky to decide exactly which ruler is meant if the glyphs are incomplete as they all (the kings) were connected to Horus the falcon deity you know ;)

Looking at these serekhs at Raffaele´s site, those falcons... sometimes they look more like a sparrow! LOL! Keeps me amazed at how anything at all can be read out of this material... I sure whish I had more time to devote to this period!
