I was surprised at how fast the city paperwork came through for me. It usually takes a month or so for ownership to pass through the system, but I suppose everyone wants the hot water on as fast as possible. Well, I like the look of the City Seal. I will display it in a place of honor in my office.

If my calculations are correct, this new source of water should bring smiles to their faces soon enough. I am prediciting Wednesday at the latest. Now where were those new drawings for the additions I wanted to add?
