    1) Q: What type of images can I upload?

    GIFs, JPEGs or PNGs.

    2) Q: How do I add images into the Perspective space?

    • Click on the "edit image" link that appears under the default perspective.
    • Click on "Browse".
    • Navigate your way through your folders until you find your picture.
    • Double click on it, or click on "Open".
    • Click on "Submit Query".
    • Click on "Add this Image to the Item".

    3) Q: How do I delete an image?

    • Click on the "Image Gallery" link at your home.
    • Find the image and click on "Delete".
    • You'll be asked if you really want to delete the page. Click on "Delete" again.

    4) Q: How do I reference added images in posts?

    • Go to your Image Gallery.
    • Find the image you want to post and copy the code that appears under it (for example, image 37638 ).
    • Paste the code into your BB post.

    5) Q: How can I make best use of available space?

You can reduce the size of your images by optimizing them.

    6) Q: How can I delete a referenced image?

If you open your image library, browse the list until you find the graphic that is referenced, and click on the image (or the name or the word References), the "How to use this image" page opens. This is the page that details information about the image, including the reference number it was given when you uploaded it and its size and width, and how many "units you have in stock" etc. At the bottom of the table on the right side you should see a cell labelled "Image Circulation". This will tell you that the image is referenced and should give you links to all the places your system thinks the image is referenced. If you find the image on any of those pages, you might try removing it and see if that helps.
