That is a new statue to me. The museum at Bonn is closed for major reconstruction (as I discovered on holiday; phoning up confirmed it was 'open' but that turned out to mean "there is one room in a different building, housing 20 or so items, that is open; the entire, large museum is in storage and the actual site of the museum is a building site while they make a totally new museum").
