Did anyone see the History Channel's program on the Vikings on Monday, January 19? It was part of the "Barbarians" series which included the Goths, Huns, and Mongols. I wasn't in this group in time to post about it, but it was an interesting program. My favorite part in the Viking episode was about Harald Hardrada, who I knew the most about already. I'm sure the History Channel will re-run the program again at another time, and if so, I'll post about it so any group memebers that missed it the first time will have the opportunity to watch it.
