No, the Jutes have not been explicitely mentioned. As haven't the Chauci, the Angrivarii, the Hermunduri, the Batavi, the Swebes, the Semnonii and many others.
The grand thing of our hood concept - and it has been tricky enough to come up with that - is that it covers *all* of Germanic history. Naturally the ones that have been mentioned now are the ones established already in some form here at Germania. But in fact, all the Germanic tribes and families and peoples can find their home there.
For me, the obvious place for the Jutes is "The Northern Sea Kingdoms". Once the hoods are up, you are most welcome to contribute on them if you wish.
