Second of all, several cities did in fact submit layouts and graphics though it was not a requirement. I'm very certain, since you've followed this discussion, you've seen some of the fine work our citizens have provided.

Just as we will be taking all the suggestions for the neighborhoods to Jot, we will also be taking any and all graphics and layout suggestions as well, just as we've mentioned several times in this very thread. In the end the decision to utilize any of them will rest with Jot.
