There has been discussion on both the possibly redundancy and time-consuming nature of this neighbourhoods project at the Curia group, and some interesting points have come up there.
I have to just repeat what I said earlier on this topic - we do not know what the idea really is like as we have not yet received the needed information.
When we get this information, we know if our discussion here has been just time-consuming and redundant as well, or if it turns out to have been most fruitful (see the two reasons below).
For the moment, it would be nice for the discussion to go on because (i) the views expressed here, including those considering neighbourhoods probably redundant etc., can and will affect the decision-making and final basic plans when there will be such and (ii) if it is decided the neighbourhoods will be implemented, we have already gathered ideas on what they could be like.
