    Here's a curly one:

I have a member in one of my groups that posts very rarely. But when they do, it's usually in response to another member against whom they hold a long running (and highly tedious) grudge. The problem is, this person never posts anything which could be construed as being against the CoC. They aren't abusive, they aren't (overtly) nasty and while their niggling could be seen as "a post worded in such a manner as to provoke a heated response from one or more individuals or posted with the intention of creating such a response", they could innocently claim that their post was on-topic and had no such intention.

I think most members of the Tower would know at least one AWer who specialises in staying just inside the CoC while delighting in causing trouble. Frankly, if I had my way these morons would be prosecuted according to the spirit of the law rather than the letter, but I am not talking about asking for the person above to be banned from AW. I am, however, seriously considering warning them once and then kicking them off the group if they persist.

    But is this reasonable?

    Your suggestions welcome.
    Cheers,

    The Venemous Thiu
