Hi,
I'm back to Ancientsites after several years of absence (3 or 4), I used to be a Celt but, a couple of days ago I was reminded of AncientSites and decided to come and see how it was doing, to find out it is now AncientWorlds :)
So I joined Babylon because it is actually quite relevant to my life, during the last three years I took a degree in Comparative Religions in Machester, UK. The central focus of my degree was actually Islam and particularly Sufism, taking in much of the history and culture of what is now Iran/Iraq, ancient Persia. I also have a prticular interest in Zoroastrianism, having been terribly influence by one of my lecturers, who is probably the biggest authority on the subject.
At the moment i am taking an MA in Indian Philosophy, but I never forget my Persia. So for fun's sake I decided to rejoin Ancientworlds.
