Due to my other hobbies and workload, and seeing that the neighbourhood project is still going to a direction that could "suck" out possible traffic from my #1 preference site (was AS, but this is not it), I will not be able to help in this project. And furthermore, not to make myself an "issue" for debate, I have to resign from Arachne's Web, thus making myself an "issue" of "eating my words" ie. the promise for a tutorial...
