Our board eats up anything that looks like html, even if you choose plain. XHTML and XML options are just jokes.  I am very annoyed by the lack of "plain" option.  Everything here is html. The trick is to type first the following syntax at the beginning of your post. The BB still eats the tag PRE but has respect for Jot's style sheet class called space. Change the white color to your choice, but put this on the first line of your post

<pre class="space" style="color: white;">
Then put your ASCII as it is shown on your note pad. Finally close it with
</pre>

If that doesn't work, just dump the ASCII and I will retrieve it  from your post.
