Us Ozarks vets gotta unite. In our school, we had an annual "Latin festival" every year in which everyone wore sheets died purple, held Latin contests, wore oak leaves wound into sad-looking laurel crowns, and the highlight of which was the "slave market" in which freshmen and sophomores were forced to carry books and run errands for the senior classmen who "purchased" them (all good clean fundraising for the Caesarians among us). I laugh to think what "slave tasks" kids would come up with now. It was an innocent time!
