Printing Problems

Whenever I try to print off something from the screen at AW, I lose roughly the right one-half inch of the text. Letters left at my domus likewise do not seem to print well (sometimes I just get the heading, if any, and a fragment of the first line of text). Can anyone suggest any solutions?
