I will answer your question by talking another subject, you are not responsible for how your face looks but you are responsible for the face you are pulling, have a happy face and people will think of you as someone positive, have a sad face and people will wonder what's wrong and may prefer not to associate with you.
In other words you are not responsible for the society within which you live but you are responsible for your own actions. Let's say you're the youngest in your family. This does not give you the right to behave like a child, in fact sometimes it may be the opposite.
I think if you have aggresive thoughts then you are responsible for the way you feel, and that is why it is important to communicate those feelings rather than keeping them.
