    Nothing or almost is comparable with the Roman law who had influenced the majority of the modern legislations, in that at least and essentially that the individual cannot be made justice itself and that there exists, well say , a public law and a private law, a civil law and a right law. In the Celtic field, where few principle of the public law is not included/understood, the private law t is grown and transferred to the person from the families, the cantons or the states.
