    in my collection is E. Mary Smallwood's Documents Illustrating the Principates of Gaius, Claudius and Nero (Cambridge University Press, 1967). It has several extant speeches and edicts of Claudius (including the famous one on Servius Tullius and the Vibenna boys)in Latin and several letters in Greek.

    Most decent college libraries should have a copy.
