Gaius Traianus Marcius, was born in Germany as Edward in real life. He soon became an orphan and had moved to live with his grandparents in Japan. Later in life, his first wife died of an illness leaving him to take care of his children. Friday, June 28th, Gaius made his last post at the Regia and put his real life into his story for the first time. Within a few hours Gaius died. In a traffic accident in Hawaii, his car span out of control and was hit by a second car. His young son and he were pronounced dead on the way to the hospital. He leaves behind an orphaned daughter.

I had known him for several years and found him not only a team player, but a great person to be around. He had a gem business that lost 60% of its clients on 9/11 due to their businesses being in the World Trade Center, so he closed it down. He had been working on his Master's in the study of the Silk Road and praised his children thoroughly and always worried over them wondering "what will happen to them if I am ever gone...?" I find it ironic that these discussions came up and that he died on the day he truly put himself into his story. He was a good man, a good person, and I know whole-heartedly that he would have made a great contribution to humanity. I even had planned on having him replace me as the leader of the Regia when/if I retired. I shall miss him and would like to thank him in any way I can. Remember, Gaius, what we do in life echoes in eternity. Your virtual voice will continue to echoe in my head and thoughts. I hope you are lying in the grass of Elysium with your wife. Enjoy yourself and think happy thoughts. You have became immortal.
