Here is a map I found which shows the Via Aemilia (in blue) which ran from Placentia through Ariminum to Fanum fortunae (now Fano) where it met the Via Flaminia (in red) which then ran straight into Rome. Unfortunately the only city it shows on the Via Flaminia is Fossombrone(formerly forum Sempronii). At least it gives us a direction!
