I, Decius Aemilius Scaurus Cocceianus, Vicarius Britanniarum, acting with permission of the Emperor, do hereby promote Shaquilat Sergius to the rank of Curialis (Mayor) of Aquae Sulis (Bath). She will maintain her residence in Aquae Sulis (Bath).

Her chain of command will be Curialis of Aquae Sulis > Legati Augusti Britanniae Superior > Vicar of Britannia > Tetrarch of the North > the Emperor. She is responsible for the collection of all taxes that are due to the Fisc and maintaining order in the city.
